Rusia nu a intervenit în prelungirea mandatului misiunii OSCE în Moldova, care s-a încheiat la 30 iunie. Moscova a fost de acord să-l prelungească până la sfârşitul acestui an. Totodată, ea a condiționat continuarea activității misiunii de convocarea negocierilor pentru soluționarea conflictului transnistrean. De data aceasta, s-a afirmat în text simplu: dacă negocierile nu vor avea loc, misiunea OSCE în Moldova va înceta să mai existe.
