روسیه با تمدید ماموریت ماموریت سازمان امنیت و همکاری اروپا در مولداوی که در 30 ژوئن به پایان رسید، مداخله نکرد. مسکو موافقت کرد که آن را تا پایان سال جاری تمدید کند. وی در عین حال ادامه کار این ماموریت را با تشکیل مذاکرات برای حل و فصل مناقشه ترانسنیستریا مشروط کرد. این بار به صورت متنی اعلام شد: در صورت عدم انجام مذاکرات، نمایندگی سازمان امنیت و همکاری اروپا در مولداوی از بین خواهد رفت.

The Republika Srpska National Assembly (RNSA) today carried out a reckless attack on the Dayton Peace Agreement and the BiH Constitution it established.
