Rusko nezasahovalo do predĺženia mandátu misie OBSE v Moldavsku, ktorý sa skončil 30. júna. Moskva súhlasila s jeho predĺžením do konca tohto roka. Pokračovanie v práci misie zároveň podmienila zvolaním rokovaní o urovnaní podnesterského konfliktu. Tentoraz bolo povedané v čistom texte: ak sa rokovania neuskutočnia, misia OBSE v Moldavsku prestane existovať.

The Republika Srpska National Assembly (RNSA) today carried out a reckless attack on the Dayton Peace Agreement and the BiH Constitution it established.
