Bulgarian Prosecutor's office: The last case is from last year (March 2020), where a detonator depot owned by the state-owned Arsenal arms manufacturer was destroyed in a fire. In all 4 cases, there was a "fire" preceding the explosions, which appeared to be convenient windows of opportunity for the sabotage
