About 45 mins after polls have closed, the last voting has also apparently concluded, according to report from @N1infoSA. it's really just a matter of Bosnia's notoriously slow Elxns Commission releasing the first figures, which will concern the race(s) for state presidency.
As of 3PM, turnout at the state level is 37% according to the Bosnian Electoral Commission. A significant rise over 11AM, and apparently a few points above same period during 2014.
